NSW first home buyer grant to stay at $15,000 until 31 December 2015

Ryan KIM Property

The NSW Government is currently providing a grant of $15,000 to first home buyers who buys a new residential property priced not more than $650,000.  This First Home Owner Grant was to be reduced to $10,000 on 1 January, 2014.  However, the NSW Government has announced the $15,000 grant for new home buyers will be extended until the end of 2015 in the upcoming state budget.
