Delay in the implementation of Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate to 29 April 2016.

From 29 April 2016, the owners of of a property with a swimming pool will be required to include a compliance certificate in the contract before they lease or sell their property.  The original implementation date was 29 April 2014 but it has been delayed for two years.

2016년 4월 29일부터는, 수영장이 있는 주택의 소유주가 주택을 매매/임대하기 위해서는 카운슬에서 발급한 compliance certificate을 계약서에 첨부해야 합니다. 본래의 시행일은 2014년 4월 29일이었으나, 시행일이 2년 연기되었습니다.
